Terms & Conditions
All transportation operated by ShuttleHopper is subject to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the conditions of use listed below, and any future revisions and additions, as published at: shuttlehopper.com.

By agreeing to these terms of service, you also confirm that you understand how our service works. For clarification please refer to the How It Works page prior to agreeing to these terms.

Payment is due when the reservation is made. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash or checks. Payments are not accepted at any station location or on-board any shuttle. For safety and security, payment is only accepted by telephone or online.
(a) TICKETS & CONFIRMATION – Immediately after successfully check out, customer will receive an order confirmation and e-Tickets by email.
(b) NONREFUNDABLE – Please check the selected schedule information carefully before check out, ticket purchases are final and are not refundable or changeable 48hrs before departure. Duplicate transactions are also not refundable because duplicate transactions block other customers from purchasing tickets. There will be no refund or reschedule for any unused or partly used services.
(c) CONDITION OF USE – (1) The ticket is valid only for the date and time stated on the ticket. (2) Customer has to bring a valid ID and a printout of the e-Tickets (confirmation email) at boarding for ID Check. (3) Ticket Holder name (s) on e-ticket have to match passenger’s (or one of the passengers’) name. (4) Passenger must arrive 15 minutes prior departure time, otherwise the seat might be sold to others.
(d) SCHEDULES – Every effort will be made to operate according to published schedules. Circumstances sometimes develop beyond our control, such as weather or traffic delays and accordingly transportation companies cannot hold itself responsible for errors in timetables, inconveniences or damage resulting from delayed shuttles. Connections cannot be guaranteed and schedules are subject to change.
(e) REFUND WOULD BE GRANTED FOR SHUTTLE CANCELLATION. ShuttleHopper reserves the right to cancel shuttle due to weather, traffic or coach condition. REFUND equals ONE TIME CHANGE WOULD BE GRANTED!
Storm Policy – In the event that the National Weather Service issues a Tropical Storm Warning / Watch or a Hurricane Warning / Watch, customers with a confirmed reservation may make a one-time change to another date without penalty or charge. In order to make a change, an e-mail to reservations@shuttlehopper.com with your confirmation number and the date you are requesting to change to. This policy will ONLY be in effect when such event occurs.
(f) SMOKING IS PROHIBITED on all shuttles.
(g) CHILDREN – Children (3 to 9 years old) are not allowed to ride in the lap of an adult. Infant (up to 2 years old) will be transported free when not occupying a seat. PETS – pets prohibited, except a trained “service animal” accompanying a legally disable person. The owner of the service animal assumes all responsibility for controlling the animal, and assumes any liability resulting from the conduct or actions of the animal.
(h) SERVICE PLAZA STOP: If A 15 MIN. STOP IS INCLUDED IN THE SCHEDULE, PASSENGERS ARE STRICTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING TO THE COACH ON TIME. If a passenger is abandoned as a courtesy to our clients, SHUTTLEHOPPER will make every effort to find alternative transportation.
(i) OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS: SHUTTLEHOPPER reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person under the influence of intoxicating beverages or drugs or who is unable to take care of oneself or to any person whose conduct is such, or likely to be such, as to make one objectionable to other passengers.
(j) CELL PHONES ON-BOARD: “Limited” with respect and courtesy to your fellow passengers.
(k) DISCOUNTED TRAVEL POLICY: Travel purchased using a promotion code are 100% Non-Cancelled, Non-Changeable & Non-Refundable.

If you attempt a charge back because you did not qualify for a refund, please note our procedure. We will respond to such charge backs immediately. We then depending upon the dollar amount can/will file charges of credit card fraud with the County Sheriff (Please note that the dollar threshold in Florida is very low to become a felony). You can also be subject to civil penalties of up to 3 times the amount of booking or a minimum of $200.00, plus court cost and legal fees. We also may send your information to our associations and other transportation companies impeding your ability to get transfers in the future within the State of Florida. ShuttleHopper as well as other transportation companies have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and work together to combat it.

Reinstatement requests are allowed at a charge of $10 per person per way, upon availability and are NOT guaranteed. We need to receive prior authorization of said charge prior to reinstating confirmation and reporting reinstatement to transportation provider, dispatcher and appropriate parties concerned. If we do not receive a response we will assume there is no authorization therefore reinstatement will not take effect and reservation will remain canceled.

Last minute bookings/reservations (within 48 hour time frame) of travel are 100% Non-Refundable; It is the passenger’s responsibility to contact us via telephone prior to making reservation to confirm availability. If passenger calls and there is no availability, and still makes reservation via website with the knowledge that there is no available transportation, ShuttleHopper is not responsible to issue refunds; it is the sole responsibility of the passenger.

NOTE: Reservations made within 48 hours prior travel are considered LAST MINUTE reservations. LAST MINUTE reservations are non refundable under any circumstances.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Reservations less than 12 hours are not acceptable and non-refundable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions BEFORE placing a reservation. All information entered into the reservation form is the customer’s responsibility to be accurate. Refunds will not be issued for unused travel under any circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for duplicate reservations or customer entry errors. Once the Submit Button is clicked, all sales are final. NOTE: There is a 30 day time frame after travel date in order to request or dispute a refund. After said 30 days have past there will be no eligibility for refunds under any circumstances.

(a) It will be considered a no show if customer: Flight is delayed and cannot make it on time specified previously on reservation, delayed because held back in customs. Changes that are made within a 24 hour period of travel date and time are not guaranteed and subject to availability; in case change cannot be made, refund will not be issued. Our itineraries are set according to the advanced reservations that are made; therefore ShuttleHopper is not liable for delays from the customer’s side. No refund will be provided in any of these cases!

(b) Request of Travel Changes: Customers who have a confirmed reservation made through our web site or by telephone is entitled to make changes to their travel plans at a fee of $10.00 per person plus any additional fare changes. All travel changes MUST be completed through our Reservations Department at the following email: reservations@shuttlehopper.com. Changes will not be accepted via telephone!

(b.1) Please have your Transaction ID (Reservaction Number) available when emailing the Reservations Department. Changes of travel within 48 hours of travel under any circumstance are 100% Non-Changeable and Non-Refundable. Travel purchased using a promotion code is 100% Non-Cancelled, Non-Changeable & Non-Refundable. This includes our “Last Minute Specials” as well.

(c) Promotion Codes: We are pleased to offer promotion codes. All promo codes must be entered correctly as indicated on the Fare Specials page of our website. No Promo Codes are accepted for telephone reservations. Incorrectly entered promo codes that do not automatically calculate the discounted fare will not be eligible for refunds after the reservation has been submitted. Please read the instructions carefully!

(c) Departure & Arrival Times For Private Shuttles: We make every effort to pick up customers within the time requested, however, due to traffic, weather conditions and other circumstances that are beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for late departures and/or arrivals. No partial or full refunds will be given for late trips within 120 Minutes. Just like in AIR TRAVEL. There are no refunds or partial refunds for delays.

(d) Schedule Changes, occasionally, it may become necessary to change departure times in anticipation of travel conditions, road closures or weather conditions. Schedule changes occur to prevent lengthy delays. A schedule change is not a trip cancellation or delay; however, the schedule change can be up to 4 hours prior or 4 hours later than originally published. Full or Partial refunds are not available for schedule changes and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience it may cause.

(e) Trip Cancellations: In the event that ShuttleHopper or one of it’s operators cancel a trip, we will make all efforts to re-accommodate passengers to the next available departure or provide for a 100% refund.

(f) Damages to Equipment: Customers will be responsible for any damage caused by their negligence.

(g) Prices Subject To Change: We reserve the right to change prices with no notice. Once booked, you are guaranteed your fare will not increase. Once you book your ticket, you are locked into that fare.

(h) Right To Refuse Transportation: We reserve the right to refuse transportation to anyone deemed unsafe or unsuitable for travel. Passengers whom are denied boarding will not receive any type of refund or compensation. Passengers, who intimidate, threaten or interfere with any employee or fellow passenger will be denied boarding. Raised vocal tones are deemed intolerant and will be dealt with accordingly. Please be considerate of fellow passengers. Customers whom are denied boarding will no longer be able to travel with us for future trips.

(i) SMOKING: Is PROHIBITED in all vehicles owned and operated by ShuttleHopper.

ShuttleHopper does NOT provide child restraint seats. It is the responsibility of a child’s parent or caregiver to provide the Child Restraint System when transporting children in van and/or taxi cabs. For more information, please review the child passenger safety laws by state.

Two (2) bags per person; 1st bag up to 50lbs, 2nd bag will be carry on! One (1) piece of baggage is checked free of charge for adults and children. One (1) additional piece of baggage may be checked for a charge of $10.00 for adults only. Carry-on bags must fit under your seat.

(a) WEIGHT: The maximum allowable weight for checked baggage is 50 pounds per individual piece of baggage. A charge of $20 will be charged for any baggage above the 50 pound limit.

(b) DIMENSIONS: Baggage must not exceed 62 inches when adding the total exterior dimensions of the piece (length + width + height). A charge of $20 will be applied to any baggage above the 62-inch limit.

(c) ACCEPTABLE BAGGAGE: In general, acceptable baggage includes suitcases, duffle bags, toolboxes, trunks and securely tied cardboard boxes. A plastic and/or a paper bag is not acceptable as checked baggage.

(d) PROHIBITED ITEMS FOR CHECKED BAGGAGE: Acids, ammunition, animals, combustible liquids, compressed gases, corpses, cremated remains, explosives, firearms of all types, fireworks, flammable liquids, furniture, hazardous materials (poisons, radioactive materials, etc.), materials with a disagreeable odor, matches, merchandise for resale, protruding articles, or any unsecured articles including those in plastic or paper bags are prohibited. Items such as money and prescription medication may not be checked as baggage and are to be carried in the customer’s possession. Laptop computers are prohibited as checked baggage, however they may be brought aboard as carry-on items.


We reserve the right to substitute equipment based on operational need. We never guarantee a certain equipment type (i.e. Motorcoach, Mini-bus, or a Van)

Safety is ShuttleHopper’s priority!

(a) SEAT BELTS: Seat-belts are provided for customer safety. ShuttleHopper requires customers to wear safety belts while inside the vehicle, but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the seat belt is securely fastened, as required by law. Operators reserve the right to refuse service to parties out of compliance with applicable laws. (b) SAFETY BARS: ShuttleHopper vans have safety bars installed for your safety. Please use the safety bar when boarding and exiting the vehicle.

(c) SAFETY CAMERAS: Safety cameras have been installed in many ShuttleHopper vehicles for operator and customer safety. The camera will initiate recording with any sudden swerve or stop and can be turned on manually to protect the operator. Customers may be recorded as a result.

(d) VEHICLE CAPACITIES: ShuttleHopper vans seat 7-10 passengers depending on the city vehicle profile. Over-sized or excess luggage requires an additional cost. Seat capacity is limited to seats with working safety belts. State laws prohibit loading vehicles beyond seating capacity. Any attempt to do so may require additional vehicle reservations.

Neither the company, nor the service provider, shall be liable in any event or for any reason, including breach of this agreement, either directly or indirectly, to the other party or any third party for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or loss of profits arising out of this agreement, even if such damages. It is expressly agreed that neither the company nor the service provider shall under any circumstances be liable to any party for an amount greater than the single bus charter fee for the day in question.

The Company, its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents and assigns do not own or operate any equipment or Service Provider which provides, or is to provide, goods services for your trip, including, transportation companies. The Chartering Party (for itself and on behalf of the Passengers) hereby expressly agrees that The Company shall not be responsible in any manner for the acts or failures to act, negligently, willfully or otherwise, of the Service Provider or its employees, agents or representatives. The Chartering Party (for itself and on behalf of the Passengers) also expressly agrees that The Company shall not be liable for any bodily injury or harm, accidents, property damage or personal loss as a result of the Transportation Services provided under the Service Contract. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Chartering Party and its passengers agree, in consideration for the services provided by The Company, to indemnify and hold The Company harmless from any and all damages, injuries, claims and causes of action, of any type or kind, whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence of The Company, its employees, agents or representatives or the Service Provider or its employees, agents or representatives. The Chartering Party (for itself and on behalf of the Passengers) hereby expressly agrees that if any portion of the Service Contract, including the terms of the Limitation of Liability paragraph or this paragraph, is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions of this Service Contract shall remain in full force and effect.

The Company and the Service Provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under the Service Contract, and neither party shall be deemed in breach of its obligations thereunder, if such failure or delay is due to Acts of God, natural disasters, national, state or local states of emergency, acts of war or terrorism, labor strike or lock-out, or other industrial or transportation accident caused by any third party, any violation of law, regulation or ordinance by any third party or any other cause not within the control of The Company or the Service Provider, respectively.

The following items and activities are prohibited without the written consent of The Company: (i.) Decorations; (ii.) Alcoholic Beverages (a fee, per bus, may be required if alcoholic beverages are allowed by The Company and the Service Provider); (iii.) Smoking; (iv.) Glass containers; (v.) Golf shoes or other shoes with spikes; (vi.) Generators and/or non medical oxygen containers. Tap beer is not allowed on any shuttle.

If A 15 MIN. STOP IS INCLUDED IN THE SCHEDULE, PASSENGER IS STRICTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING TO THE COACH ON TIME. SHUTTLEHOPPER will make every effort to find alternative transportation. Passengers are responsible for any additional charges or fees incurred!
